When will my payments begin? And what if I have pre-order products?
Your first payment is typically due one month after you complete your transaction, and will continue to be debited automatically on the same day of each month for the rest of the term. To view your payment schedule for a monthly payment plan, log into your PayBright account and click View Payment Schedule.
How long does it take to reverse a pending PayBright authorization on my credit card?
How can I track my payments and access my PayBright account?
Your login details to access your PayBright account are in the confirmation email sent to you when you first completed your transaction. Can't find the details? Please contact the PayBright team.
What if the order is canceled? Will I still be charged?
No, you will not be charged. If you’ve already made a payment to PayBright and are owed a refund, this may take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank account or credit card statement. If you have any questions about the refund process, please reach out to the PayBright team through this contact form.
What if I can’t make a payment?

I was not able to complete a PayBright transaction. What happened?
Unfortunately, PayBright is not able to provide payment plans to every applicant. This could be due to the information on your credit file, or because PayBright was not able to verify your identity or your payment method.
How do returns work if I paid using PayBright?
Purchases made using PayBright are subject to Hiddenbed Direct’s sales and return policy. Any returns will be processed by Hiddenbed Direct, and your PayBright balance will be reduced, cancelled, or refunded accordingly. For information on returns, review Hiddenbed Direct’s return policy here.
How much can I spend with PayBright?
PayBright payment plans are available for Hiddenbed Direct orders from $300 to $15,000.

How do I use my Virtual Card?
You can use your card when you reach checkout. Simply select “Visa” as the payment option and enter in your PayBright Virtual Card details (first and last name, credit card number, CVV) in the credit card payment field.
What is the limit of my Virtual Card?

Your PayBright Virtual Card can only be used on Hiddenbed Direct’s online store.
Can my Virtual Card be used multiple times?
No. The Virtual Card is a one-time-use card and can only be used for a single purchase. To make another purchase using Paybright, you can generate another card by clicking on the link in the email or text message you receive from PayBright and following a few short steps.
What happens if I have multiple items in my cart?
Your PayBright Virtual Card can be used for one single purchase payment in Hiddenbed Direct’s online store, regardless of how many items you are buying with that purchase.
